History of Titan
Austin Heath, President of Titan Solutions Group, originally founded the company to build a trusted consulting practice that would help clients achieve best in class Lotus Notes software applications and infrastructure. Austin was shortly joined by Ahmed Moledina, CFO and Michael Theodosis, VP in 1998 to help grow Titan to the next level. “It was a huge struggle to start a business with no capital or financial backing", said Austin Heath.

From 1998 to 2001, Titan Solutions was known as the Lotus Notes experts, building enterprise applications for customers across the country. Mr. Heath and his team of software developers were instrumental in creating a Lotus Notes point-of-sale & home configuration solution for Milburn Homes, an Austin based homebuilder company. Milburn Homes was soon acquired by Continental Homes which was then acquired by D.R. Horton, Inc., one of the country's largest homebuilders. With the acquisition, D.R. Horton deployed HSA (Home Sales Automation) throughout the enterprise. This product is still being used and enhanced to promote D.R. Horton to their next level.

In 2001 Titan Solutions launched a new business unit called Titan Professional Services. Bill Huggins, President and Richard Gibbons, VP with years of experience in the staffing industry, were brought in to support the growth of Titan Solutions' consulting practice and to expand into IT staffing services. “Building a new business from scratch with the effects of 9/11 was a very difficult task”, says Bill Huggins.

In 2005, Titan Solutions and Titan Professional Services merged to become best of both worlds. Our strategy was to consolidate both companies to offer software, hardware, consulting and IT Staffing Services with best in class customer service. That same year, Titan's software development division created an enterprise scheduling product to make the homebuilding process more efficient and faster.

In 2007, Titan opened it's first satellite office in Dallas, Texas and invested in building the headquarter offices in Cedar Park, Texas. Titan recently added a new product line to it's portfolio that will offer to clients Tivoli Storage Software in the US and Latin America. With over 75 employees and 10 years in the making, Titan's team has achieved a very trusted and successful service company that brings value and results to current and future clients.
