History of Titan
Titan was established in 1998 in Austin, Texas initially to fill the demand for a highly skilled, client-service oriented Lotus Notes/Domino consulting practice in the Southwestern U.S. Titan met the requirements for Lotus' Premier Partner designation, and subsequently achieved IBM Premier Partner and IBM eBusiness certification status through its extensive work in IBM WebSphere application development and WebSphere/Domino integration.
We established the role as the trusted technology partner for our clients through on time and on budget projects, open straight forward relationships, and proven dedication. This commitment has helped us grow with our client’s success, expanding our core consulting technology pillars to include IBM’s Content Manager, Tivoli, and Websphere products into our own customized integration and development solutions.
Our clients continued investment and evolution of their IT departments begin to encourage a new challenge. More resources were needed in the “grey” areas in IT between internal staff development and full project outsourcing. From finding quality and proven personnel to fill positions, temporary skill needs, to cyclical project requirements, more and more managers were looking for a reliable way to augment their internal IT staff. Titan responded by developing its own IT staffing services practice to augment our consulting experience.
Through the expansion of our company, Titan has maintained the central core that has made us successful.
