ERP - Developed eBusiness strategy and created enterprise portal for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Components included e-Commerce, e-Catalog, and Inventory Management. Solution created a fully integrated and searchable database of all available home sites and floor plans across all forty-seven divisional builder companies. Project included development of all relevant websites/tools/graphics/content and integration of all web components with existing back-end legacy systems.

Legal Department Application Suite - Designed, developed and implemented an integrated system of legal department applications developed in Lotus Notes/Domino to track and maintain the intellectual property, patent, contract, and litigation activities for the legal department and General Counsel of a Fortune 1000 computer software development and consulting services company.

Document Management - Designed and implemented a system to improve the ability of the client to administer and monitor software change request transmittals (CRT), problem reports (PR)s, and CCB documents. The system provides the ability to access documents concurrently, to add comments concurrently, to notify person(s) when they have been delegated with an action, and to track the document history. The Requirements Tracking System provides a means for the client to submit Change Request Transmittal (CRT) and Software Change Request (SCR) forms for review and approval. Utilized Domino.Doc and Lotus Workflow.

Time and Expense Accounting System - Integrated existing Lotus Notes based consulting-project time and expense accounting system to function with a 3rd party relational back-end system (Niku), with the use of Lotus LSDO, DECS and LEI for a large internet configuration software development and consulting company.

Human Resource Application Suite - Developed the complete Human Resource application suite for a leading manufacturer of sales force automation software. The system contains all modules for the management of Employees, Contractors, Facilities, Hiring, Time-Tracking and Software Allocation. The application is structured to allow single-point updates to cascade throughout the entire enterprise. Utilized Lotus Notes/Domino.

HR/Recruiting Application - Developed internet-based Lotus Domino University recruiting application for a leading high-tech professional recruiting firm. The system supports all recruiting operations, including pre-screening, college campus interviews, web resume submission/parsing/ evaluation, online skills assessment, company office visits, travel arrangements, employer hiring operations processing, and reporting.

HR, Recruiting, Candidate Tracking, New Hire - Designed, developed and implemented a Lotus Notes and Domino suite of integrated recruiting applications to support and facilitate the in-house recruiting operations of one of Texas’ largest software development companies. The systems automate the processing of applicants from resume submission through hiring.

Messaging - Designed and implemented numerous Lotus Notes/Domino Calendaring, Scheduling and Messaging infrastructures in a variety of operating system environments, including Sun-UNIX, AS/400-OS400, RS/6000-AIX, Macintosh, and Windows 2000-NT. Projects have involved the rollout and installation of thousands of seats for clients in many diverse industries utilizing Lotus and Microsoft software exclusively or in coexistence.

Business Intelligence Connector Utility - Designed, developed and implemented a Connector Utility between a market leading Business Intelligence application suite and Lotus Notes/Domino. The connector is being heavily promoted by IBM to the worldwide Business Intelligence community.

Document Imaging Migration, Messaging Upgrade - Upgraded and migrated existing store of thousands of LN:DI document images to most current version of Lotus Domino.Doc at a high-tech manufacturing company. Project also involved the complete upgrade of existing Lotus Notes/Domino messaging infrastructure, and training client personnel in the use of the new system.

IT Admin and App Dev: Messaging , Web, Help Desk, etc. - Currently providing on-call WebSphere & Domino Web-Server, Lotus Notes Messaging Server, complex application development support, Help Desk, training and documentation, and support functions for various clients.

Digital Document/Content Management and Automation - Designed and implemented a Document/Content Management System at a leading building supply and home improvement retailer to automate various back-office functions and flows, including Accounts Payable, Credit Application & Collection, Internal Expense Reporting & Reimbursement, Sales Tax Processing, Customer Survey & Correspondence, and overall Customer Service. The current system is tightly integrated to the client’s accounting/ERP system (Lawson) and its Customer Information System (MAC21). All incoming hardcopy credit applications, vendor invoices, customer letters and correspondence, expense reports, sales tax forms, etc. are scanned and digitized upon receipt via high-speed Fujitsu scanners running Kofax software. The digital documents are then analyzed via meta-data analysis by the IBM Content Manager system based on automated corporate flows and procedures, and then routed via Lotus Domino to the appropriate cue for action such as payment, exception processing, personal response, etc. Client requirements for this project included the ability to: access digital documents concurrently throughout the organization, add comments to digital documents, notify responsible persons that they have been assigned an action, track full-life document history, digitize and index data that is resident on back-end accounting and CIS systems for comparison and processing. Phase II of this project was the implementation of IBM Content Manager to connect and integrate all individual retail locations to the central corporate office to facilitate a nightly “push-pull” of all company-wide sales and expense data.
