Enterprise Portal Applications
ERP -
Developed eBusiness strategy and created enterprise portal for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Components included e-Commerce, e-Catalog, and Inventory Management. Solution created a fully integrated and searchable database of all available home sites and floor plans across all forty-seven divisional builder companies. Project included development of all relevant websites/tools/graphics/content and integration of all web components with existing back-end legacy systems.
E-Commerce -
Designed, developed and implemented a suite of e-Commerce applications to manage the web transactions between the largest IBM distributor in North America and its network of seven hundred resellers and business partners. The system employs web-based components for the configuration, pricing and ordering of computer hardware, software, services, leasing, and financing.
E-Commerce -
Designed, developed and implemented an end-to-end e-commerce application for a leading health education instruction and instructional aid manufacturer. The system is engineered to support all aspects of on-line transactions including: automated on-line product catalog, shopping-cart, order-entry, credit card validation and processing, online/real-time web-based customer support, and marketing/promotional programs.
Project/Time Accounting -
Developed and implemented a portal application to replace the Multitrak software system for Project/Time Accounting Software at a large state government agency. Users for the portal application included field personnel who entered project information as well as time information remotely as well as onsite personnel. All time and project information associated with the project rolled-up into phases and projects to provide comprehensive reporting of operations.

Designed, developed and implemented a web-enabled sales management tool used to manage sales accounts, deals, contacts, marketing programs, projects, assignment orders, and all related tasks and activities at a Fortune 500 software development firm. The system employs integrated calendaring, scheduling and messaging functionality for task/activity escalation and notification. The tool utilizes rich detail and summary level views and reporting features, as well as an automated utility for exporting data to all relational data-stores.
CRM -
Developed and implemented in over 500 offices nationwide, web-based sales prospecting and configuration tool which automates the new-home sales process by collecting and processing all data related to prospects, customers, deal configurations, change request management, and legal documentation for one of the nation’s largest construction companies. The application is a distributed system employed at the subdivision and field office level, aggregating transactional data at the corporate level. Phase II enhanced the application to include WAP/Mobile device and browser-based web functionality.

Developed web-based business partner relationship management system for major high tech client, utilized to capture and store web browser-entered partner data related to product and service offerings and to manage information dissemination to partners based on pre-selected parameters.
Electronic Forms Processing -
Developed, configured and implemented a Requisition Production system called Click n Build to replace all the manual bid documents for a state agency with electronic forms within a portal to accommodate workflow, approval routing, electronic forms as well as bid release.
