Austin Heath
President
Austin brings over 15 years of strong business and technical skills to Titan. As Lead Technical Specialist for Lotus Development Corporation, Austin resolved thousands of development and network configuration issues for customers across the nation. Austin became Director of Groupware Development for Austin Data Systems where he led all Internet, business, and data systems development, as well as managed all operations for the division. As co-founder of Titan Solutions Group, Austin directs all research, design, and development of next-generation software for the company and our clients.

Ahmed Moledina
Vice President - Technology Services
Ahmed started his career working for Lotus Development Corporation as a Lotus Notes Analyst. As co-founder of Titan Solutions Group, he has developed a strong Consulting Division and formed a successful partnership with IBM. Ahmed has led the company to exceed our software and consulting goals by over 300% for three consecutive years. Ahmed oversees the day-to-day financial operations and all consulting engagements.

Bill Huggins
Vice President - Sales & Marketing
Bill has more than 12 years of business and sales management experience in both high technology companies and large, public corporations throughout North America. As IBM Regional Manager for TAC Worldwide Companies, he was responsible for new business relationships across the region delivering multi-million dollar revenues. In addition, his extensive experience in start-up operations and organizational development allows Bill to develop relationships and provide our clients with robust solutions.

Richard Gibbons
Vice President - Operations
Richard brings over 14 years of technology industry experience to Titan’s Staffing Division. As an Account Manager for EDP Contract Services, his primary responsibility was to support IBM by providing a multi-billion dollar staffing service. His technology experience, coupled with his background in production management, human resources, recruiting and account management, allow him to provide critical insights and best-in-class services to our clients and to Titan's growth.
